Digitalization of sale channels

Our client, a major manufacturer of electrical equipment, asked Eleven to assist him in defining its online distribution strategy, in a context of digitalization of distribution channels and increased competition from online sales platforms such as Amazon.

Eleven formalized a three-year roadmap integrating a dual response allowing both to strengthen the historical distribution channel, and to prepare the future through direct sales. The reinforcement of the historical channel was materialized by the design of a digital interface for installers, so that they can better valorize our client's equipment. Preparing for the future consisted of anticipating direct sales on proprietary channels or via marketplaces such as Amazon.
