Today, with 100+ consultants and the backing of Andera

After HEC, I wanted to join a firm at the intersection of strategy and artificial intelligence, capable of supporting companies through the major technological transformations underway. Eleven’s positioning on these topics allows us to stay at the heart of the shifts that are redefining business models today, while constantly fostering the ability to reinvent ourselves.
What I particularly appreciate is the trust placed in consultants through strong exposure, as well as the firm’s entrepreneurial DNA, which offers the opportunity to get involved in business development and to contribute directly to Eleven’s growth.

Combining Data/AI expertise with a company’s strategic and business vision is what drives me every day. After pursuing a dual background in engineering and business, joining Eleven was an obvious choice to stay at the heart of innovation. Today, in my role as Principal, I lead large-scale projects in the industrial sector, from strategic thinking to the development of sustainable solutions. After graduating from HEC, I chose to join Eleven a year and a half ago for its human-sized firm model, which combines high standards, a supportive culture, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Consultants are given significant responsibility from their very first assignments, allowing for rapid skill development. I also value the opportunity to get involved in the firm’s life and to contribute concretely to its growth.
I joined Eleven 3 years ago after a dual degree in Data Science from X-HEC, and honestly I didn't expect to grow this fast. Now a Project Leader, I've had the chance to work on a wide range of projects. But what I'll remember most is the atmosphere. You're surrounded by brilliant people who are still down-to-earth, and that changes everything. It's what makes you want to go above and beyond on every single project.
