In 2014, the client, a leader in the construction sector, launched an initial proof of concept integrating sensors into concrete structures to provide traceability services to its clients.
The client engaged Eleven to accelerate its positioning in IoT, both internally and externally, through a portfolio of solutions related to "smart concrete", commercialised via a dedicated subsidiary.
As part of its startup factory, Eleven operationally launched 5 of the 13 identified initiatives with real clients, across 3 countries, France, Denmark and Hungary, including projects focused on predictive maintenance and structural load monitoring.
This phase was followed by the identification and recruitment of key capabilities to industrialise these solutions within dedicated subsidiaries.
These initiatives enabled the client to differentiate itself through service innovation compared to competitors.
One of the projects launched by Eleven’s entrepreneur consultants allowed the company to reduce maintenance costs, strengthen its service offering and secure a contract worth over €30 million for the Grand Paris works.
