3-year strategic roadmap

For the Executive Committee of a major player in real estate development in France, Eleven identified key macro trends and disruptions of the industry and in similar sectors, resulting in the definition of 9 key projects and 19 complementary projects, characterized by a provisional budget and actionable roadmaps. This project prioritization and roadmap construction was achieved through the coordination and alignment between the management, operational and IT teams.
