Railway predictive maintenance

Eleven was engaged by LISEA, concessionaire, and MESEA, maintainer of the LGV Sud Europe Atlantique, to improve the net present value of the concession by optimising maintenance plans.

To achieve this, Eleven, in close collaboration with the client, implemented predictive maintenance tools combining machine learning and domain expertise across three time horizons reflecting both operational and business challenges :

1. Short term detailed planning of maintenance operations
2. Medium term planning to optimise equipment rental costs required for maintenance
3. Long term planning to anticipate renewal operations and refine budget forecasts

The solution has been industrialised through a web platform, enabling internal teams and partners to share information and streamline collaboration.

Data governance and model monitoring frameworks were also implemented to ensure long term reliability of results
