A global airlines catering and cleaning service provider asked eleven to optimize his workforce allocation and operational performance in a contexte of strong demand volatility.

eleven designed a demand prediction tool enabling to anticipate the workforce needs of his client and implemented operational tools to optimize workforce allocation (daily planning optimization, holiday dates prediction...). A dashbord has been built to control the solution's performance and support the industrialization phase.
