Our client, a global leader in construction, concessions and industry, engaged Eleven to support the design and launch of an innovation and training programme aimed at accelerating the transformation of the group and its entities around Artificial Intelligence.

Eleven supports the client in identifying and selecting around ten AI use cases each year, based on their ROI and technical feasibility. These projects are co built with employees, who benefit from ongoing, dedicated training in data science, development and deployment of data and AI use cases, including programming, machine learning and DevOps.

From the very first week, participants take full ownership of their projects, enabling complete autonomy by the end of the incubation phase.
