For a European tyre industry leader, Eleven identified, quantified and prioritised a portfolio of growth opportunities related to the use of data in agriculture.

By combining its expertise in identifying data driven use cases, its deep understanding of the client’s challenges and the agricultural sector, and its proven strategic ideation methodology, including mapping existing capabilities, analysing pain points, conducting cross industry benchmarks and running prioritisation workshops, Eleven worked closely with internal teams to select three key initiatives.
