Scaling AI : What Is the Role of Humans ?
After an initial wave of experimentation, artificial intelligence is entering a new phase : enterprise-wide adoption.
Organizations are no longer simply testing use cases. They are embedding AI into the core of their business, processes, and operating models. This shift raises a fundamental question: what is the role of humans in an organization where AI is becoming ubiquitous ?
Beyond the technology itself, the challenge is primarily organizational and human. How should skills evolve ? What new roles are emerging ? How can organizations support employees throughout this transformation ? How should operating models be redesigned as AI agents take on an increasing share of business processes ? And ultimately, how should the productivity gains generated by AI be distributed ?
For this 13th edition, the Data & AI Club will bring together Data, IT, AI and business leaders to share real-world experiences, challenge perspectives, and discuss the strategic decisions that will shape the organizations of tomorrow.
